The Twin Rocks difference
Big enough to deliver. Local enough to care.
Twin Rocks is an independent, family-owned regional company. We run our own routes with our own drivers — in Arizona the same as everywhere else — which is why a delivery problem gets solved by a person rather than a ticket number.

Questions about Arizona delivery
Everything you need to understand the service before you order. Still not sure? Call or text 732-730-9877.
How much does water delivery cost in Arizona?
5-gallon jugs are $8.99 each with a $6.99 delivery fee. Alkaline 5-gallon jugs are $12.99. What you pay overall depends on how many jugs you take, how often you want delivery, and whether you rent a cooler. Call or text 732-730-9877 and we will price your address with no obligation.
Where in Arizona does Twin Rocks deliver?
Our Arizona routes cover Maricopa County: Phoenix and the central corridor, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, the East Valley through Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert, and the West Valley from Glendale out through Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and Buckeye. Coverage follows the route rather than the ZIP boundary, so call or text if your town is not listed.
How many jugs will I need in the Arizona heat?
Hot months mean you will go through more water than you would in a cooler climate. You do not have to guess up front: start with a jug count that feels about right, and we adjust it before any delivery once you see how fast you actually go through it. Call or text 732-730-9877 and we will talk it through.
Do I need a contract or minimum order?
No. Twin Rocks has never used contracts or required a minimum order. Change your jug count before any delivery, skip a delivery when you are away, and stop whenever you like.
How does bottle exchange work?
Leave your empties in the spot you agreed with your driver. On each visit they collect the empties and leave the number of full jugs you asked for. You never carry a thing.
Can I use my own water cooler?
Yes. Our jugs fit any cooler that takes a standard full-size bottle. If you would rather not buy one, we rent coolers monthly and service the units we place.
What do you deliver in Arizona?
5-gallon jugs, alkaline water in 5-gallon bottles, and water coolers. Coolers can be rented monthly or bought outright, and we service the units we place. Our Arizona lineup is newer than our Northeast one, so if you are after a 3-gallon jug or cases, ask and we will tell you where that stands.
What makes Twin Rocks different from the national brands?
We are family-owned and have run our own delivery routes since 2004, with a 4.9 star average across 895 Google reviews. That means local drivers who know your address, no contract to sign, and a real person on the phone rather than a call center.
